Professional Summary

Senior technical product leader with 25 years in regulated pharma. Fluent across engineering, product management, and program delivery, with a career focused on emerging technology and new product categories: Pfizer's first digital therapeutic, its global HCP digital platform, an enterprise Agentic AI platform on Microsoft's AI stack, and now its first clinical-trial PDURS product. Repeatedly tapped to lead first-of-kind programs because I move comfortably between executive strategy, technical architecture, and the build itself – and I build the high-performing teams that deliver.

Core Skills

Experience

Senior Director, Technical Product Lead

December 2025–Present

Pfizer — Digital Health & Medicines

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of PDURS digital health products for clinical trials, orchestrating internal engineering, medical content, clinical operations, customer experience, regulatory strategy, and an external development partner.
  • Stood up a new vendor partnership under a 6-month delivery timeline, driving all quality and supplier assessments to comply with Pfizer's SDLC, Clinical Quality, and SaMD frameworks.
  • Mobilized the program from approval to first sprint in two weeks, sequencing the full feature set against the clinical trial launch timeline.
  • Drive alignment across 6 functional teams on plans, dependencies, and decisions to keep delivery on track.
  • Own the external vendor relationship end-to-end, from requirements and design through operational readiness for a planned 500-participant trial across ~40 sites.
  • Directed a 3-person engineering team that built a custom rules engine and experience emulator, personalizing content delivery from a library of ~1,200 assets to each participant's unique circumstances and the trial design, to validate the experience and de-risk scope ahead of vendor build.

Senior Director, Delivery Lead

April 2025–December 2025

Pfizer — Agentic AI Platform & PfizerOne

  • Drove foundational architecture, standards, and enablement for Pfizer's enterprise Agentic AI Platform, built on Microsoft's AI ecosystem (Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry).
  • Led the design of a reference architecture for AI agent development with the Azure hosting team and Microsoft forward-deployed engineers, including hosting patterns to minimize latency across Microsoft platforms.
  • Delivered actionable documentation, best practices, and reusable components for pro-code and low-code agent development – spanning ALM, eval frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration – by leading 3 colleagues and several Microsoft developers over an 8-week effort.
  • Created an AI agent tooling decision framework to help builders select the right Microsoft tech stack and socialized it through Client Partner meetings and enablement forums.
  • Led technical delivery of the PfizerOne agent, working hands-on with emerging agentic AI tooling to troubleshoot, experiment, and define implementation patterns. Presented findings and a recommended path forward to executive leadership.
  • Partnered with Colleague Solutions to plan the citizen developer program rollout, including cost modeling and a usage monitoring strategy to govern adoption at scale.

Senior Director, Product Manager

July 2022–March 2025

Pfizer — Digital Health & Medicines

  • Joined Digital Health & Medicines – a new revenue-generating Pfizer Digital org – at inception, growing with the org through start-up, delivery build-out, and platform product management.
  • Owned the dCBT platform and roadmap, leading planning and delivery across clinical, commercial, and technical workstreams.
  • Delivered V1 of Demy, a personalized migraine management app launched to all employees of a partner company, built on the new dCBT platform.
  • Established the DHM product delivery model, leading 3 development teams (~20 cross-functional contractors and colleagues) through 4 product increments while meeting both Agile and Pfizer SDLC requirements.
  • Led the data acquisition workstream for the RHS Covid, Flu, and RSV algorithm — issued an RFI to real-world data & evidence vendors, managed data inventory, and partnered with the Data Science team on source evaluation.

  • Drove transformation from Scrum to SAFe, scaling an Agile Release Train from 3 to 8 development teams over ~12 months.
  • Served as single point of contact and escalation for 4 strategic suppliers, indirectly managing ~50 contractors across a matrixed delivery org.
